What field types are available?

ANSWER:

Text Field - This is the most common field type. Use this for any question where the customer has to type something, such as name, address, etc.
Text Area - This is commonly used for comment boxes. Use this field any time a customer needs to type a large amount of text.
Check Box - These are used for selection out of a several items. With check boxes, customers can select one or more option from a list.
Radio Button - Similar to check boxes, but customers can only selection one option from a list.
Pull Down Menu - Similar to radio buttons where customers can only select one option. However, the data is displayed in a drop down box rather than in a list.
